"The Pulse Sound" by G.Ayurzana, 2015. This time the author tells the story about traditional medics of Mongolia, including Inner Mongolia of China. The title symbolizes the impulse of fate. Because, Mongolians believe that it is possible to divine the future of any person by  the pulse sound of his vessel.

My friend, photographer Thomas Langdon has been awarded a grant from the Iowa Arts Council/National Endowment for the Arts that funds the supplies needed to make photo broadside prints. And his works were displayed at public venues in the area from May.

When they were exhibited at R.S.V.P. for the Gallery Walk that coincides with the Iowa City Arts Festival, at the Iowa City Public Library and on many other places, suddenly (!) I saw this one.

This picture is from major exhibition at the Project Art gallery at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics from January-April 2011. That became a wonderful venue for patients and visitors from not only Iowa, but really from everywhere!  And the exhibits went digital linking a catalogue to websites and an eBook.

Wow! So exciting! Cheers, Tom!
